Investing in our people - Customer Service training
Part of our 5 year plan and business strategy is to invest in our team, supporting their learning and development. As part of this commitment to our team, BSN have embarked on a partnership with the TESS Group (https://tessgroup.co.uk/about-us-the-tess-story/).
Together with the Tess Group we have designed two courses for our team, the first an in depth look at customer service, something that is very much part of our values at BSN. Tess Group have supported in us in designing a bespoke course open to all our team members, focused on the following areas:
Learning more about the delivery of excellent customer service.
Improving our communication skills and techniques to strengthen relationships and interactions with customers and colleagues.
Developing the knowledge and principles that underpin outstanding customer care.
Looking at role play scenarios to apply and practice the theory of what we have been learning
Follow up sessions to consolidate and gain feedback on course content when put into practice
All of the BSN team have now successfully completed the course and Rod and Lisa from the Tess Group came to present us with our Level 2 certificates in customer service.
Many thanks to the Tess Group for their support in our learning and development and we look forward to celebrating the completion of the leadership course for our manager team and further courses we are planning for 2022 and beyond.
